Galvan Acres Home Event Package

For intimate events hosting up to 70 guests

  • Decorate the night before/drop off drinks

  • Ten(10) hour event (2 PM - 12 AM)

  • Clean up by 12 PM next day

  • Use of large , heated garage

  • Use of first floor that includes kitchen and three(3) sitting areas

  • Tables and chairs for up to 70 guests

  • One(1) security guard for three(3) hours

  • Organized parking arrangements

  • Black garbage bags

  • Tax included

  • $500 deposit to reserve date

Add-Ons (includes tax)

  • Linen tablecloths for 6' tables: $4.82 per table

  • Cocktail table with white tablecloth: $18.19 per table​

  • End of event cleaning fee: $200.00

  • Party Attendant 4 pm to 12 am (midnight); Assist in cutting cake, picking up plates: $278.20 per Party  Attendant

  • Bartender (services only): $100 per hour
